Unfortunately we no longer accept children under the age of 16.

We had to make this sad decision based on our experiences over the past two years during which we had a number of families not supervising their children.

We know that this is disappointing, however we had to do this for our other guests based on feedback over the last two years.

Max Size of Motorhome / Caravan cannot exceed 7meters (excluding tow bar)

Due to the site being in woodland - we do recommend that those towing caravans or driving motorhomes are experienced and confident in manoeuvring their vehicles.

Please include addons for example Gazebo / Awnings etc when submitting dimensions

Where are we?

Located less than 15 minutes from Junction 36 of the M6 in the South Cumbria Lakes District.

To get to us just follow your sat nav to LA11 6ND. This is our nearest postcode - you did want real countryside didn't you?

PLEASE AVOID TOW TOP ROAD!!

If you are visiting, particularly if you are not coming from the M6, please avoid the Tow Top Road (shown below). It is not suitable for caravans and not advisable to travel on if you do not know the road.

Please head to Lindale itself and navigate to us from there. Your SatNav may indicate that it is a longer journey but it is safer.
